These Terms of Service govern your use of the SahiScreen platform operated by SahiScreen Inc. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

The Service

SahiScreen provides an AI-powered CV screening platform for businesses. We offer tools for job posting, CV upload and parsing, AI-based candidate scoring, and hiring management.

Service is provided on a subscription basis (monthly)
Features vary by plan tier (Free, Essential, Premium)
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with 30 days notice
Uptime target is 99.5% — scheduled maintenance excluded

Accounts & Access

You must be 18 or older and represent a legitimate business
One account per company — team members can be added under your account
You are responsible for all activity under your account
You must provide accurate company and contact information
Sharing login credentials with external parties is prohibited
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use SahiScreen to discriminate based on gender, religion, ethnicity, or age
Upload CVs of individuals without a legitimate hiring purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our AI systems
Use the platform to process data unrelated to hiring
Share apply links publicly for purposes other than genuine job postings
Exceed your plan's CV limit through technical circumvention

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of SahiScreen complies with Pakistan's employment laws and any applicable data protection regulations.

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to SahiScreen
You grant us a limited license to process that data to provide the service
You are responsible for obtaining candidate consent where required by law
On account termination, you have 30 days to export your data
After 30 days, data is permanently deleted from our systems

Billing & Refunds

Billing overview

All paid subscriptions are billed monthly in PKR via our secure payment gateway
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date
Upgrading mid-month is prorated based on your remaining billing days
Downgrading takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle — access to your current plan continues until then
If a payment fails, your account will be suspended after a 7-day grace period

General cancellation eligibility

To be eligible for a prorated refund on a standard monthly subscription, you must cancel your plan at least 3 calendar days before the end of the current billing cycle.

Charged twice for the same billing period due to a technical error — full refund within 5–7 business days.

7-Day New Upgrade

Upgraded to a paid plan but have not used any CV screening credits within 7 days of the charge? Request a full refund within that window.

Service Outage

Verified downtime exceeding 24 continuous hours due to SahiScreen infrastructure failure earns a pro-rated account credit for the affected days — not a cash refund.

Annual Plans

Unused months on an annual subscription may be refunded within 14 days of the annual charge, minus months already consumed.

Not eligible for refund

Partial month usage after the billing date
Unused CV screening credits remaining within an active plan — these are consumed as a service, not a stored balance
Plan downgrades — access continues until the cycle ends
Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations

Prorated refund calculation

For eligible standard cancellations, refunds are calculated on a prorated basis using the lowest of the following three metrics at the time of cancellation:

Remaining subscription days as a percentage of the total billing period
Remaining CV credits as a percentage of the total credits included in the plan
Remaining job slots as a percentage of the total job slots included in the plan

Refundable amount = (Lowest % among the three metrics) × (Total amount paid − Non-refundable third-party costs)

Non-refundable costs deducted first

Fees paid to third-party AI vendors (e.g. LLM / NLP providers)
Payment gateway processing fees and transaction charges

How to request a refund

Email Us

Send your request to asadalisahi@gmail.com with your registered account email, your transaction reference / payment receipt ID, and a clear reason for the refund.

We Review (2 Business Days)

Our team verifies your request against the eligibility criteria above and responds with a decision — approval, partial approval, or denial within 2 business days.

Refund Processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Service-outage credits are applied as account balance — not cash refunds.

All refund credits for service outages are applied as account balance credits, not cash refunds. SahiScreen reserves the right to verify usage metrics — CV credits, job slots, and active days — from our system logs before finalising any refund amount. AI Screening Disclaimer

SahiScreen's AI scoring is a decision-support tool, not a final hiring decision. AI scores reflect pattern matching against job requirements — they are not a judgment of a person's worth or capabilities. Always apply human judgment before rejecting candidates.

AI scores may contain errors — we do not guarantee accuracy
Scores vary based on CV quality and job description clarity
We are not liable for hiring decisions made based on AI output
You are responsible for compliance with fair hiring practices

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SahiScreen's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, data loss, or hiring outcomes.

Termination

You can cancel your account at any time from Billing settings
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice
We may terminate the service with 60 days notice to all users
Upon termination, your data export window is 30 days
